Hello, I’m Louise, and welcome to Simply EFT.
My journey to becoming an EFT practitioner has been a personal one. Having experienced my own challenges with health, stress and emotional wellbeing, I’ve spent many years exploring different approaches to supporting myself, both physically and emotionally.
Along the way, I’ve developed an interest in holistic health and wellbeing, including nutrition and the role it can play in supporting overall health. I’ve also experienced a variety of complementary therapies and approaches, including quantum bio feedback, Reiki, crystal healing, acupuncture and other holistic treatments. I value the different ways these approaches can support wellbeing, but EFT was the one that came to me unexpectantly and now resonates with me most deeply.
I first became interested in tapping after finding myself using the collarbone tapping point during a period of functional neurological symptoms. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what I was doing, but I noticed that it seemed to help me regulate my emotions and that my symptoms began to ease.
This led me to explore EFT further, initially through group, one-to-one sessions and self-guided practice. I found it such a valuable tool in my own journey that I wanted to understand it more deeply and learn how to share it with others.
I went on to complete EFT International Level 1 and Level 2 training with successfully passing the EFT International Practitioner Examination scoring 94%. I am currently an EFT International Student Member and working towards full EFT International Accredited Certified Practitioner status.
Alongside my EFT work, I also work as an intervention and enabling practitioner, supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This experience has helped me appreciate the importance of patience, understanding, adapting to individual needs and creating an environment where people simply feel comfortable being themselves.
My approach is calm, compassionate and individual. I believe everyone deserves to feel listened to, accepted and supported without judgement.
Through Simply EFT, I hope to offer a safe and welcoming space where children, teenagers and adults can explore their thoughts and feelings, work through challenges and discover ways of supporting their own emotional wellbeing.
I’m passionate about continuing to learn and develop my knowledge of EFT, while holding space for others to explore what feels right for them, at their own pace.
